Having worked in the corporate events industry for 20 years, I am acutely aware of the effects that stress, tight deadlines and long working hours can have on the body and mind.  Modern living continually knocks you out of balance and our health is a precious commodity we often ignore.<\/p>\n

I decided to study both acupuncture and Reiki due to the positive healing benefits I experienced on my own body, mind and spirit.  Holistic healing has become a fundamental component of my health regime.<\/p>\n

I studied acupuncture at the renowned College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading. This training enables me to incorporate an integrated approach to acupuncture treatments utilising both Five Element Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and it gives me a wider range of treatment options to find the best one for you.<\/p>\n

My acupuncture degree course is validated by Kingston University and accredited by the British Acupuncture Accreditation Board (BAAB).<\/p>\n

I continue to develop and enhance my skills to be able to offer you the best possible treatment.   <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I am a fully insured member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC).  This ensures that I adhere to strict Codes of Safe Practice, Professional Conduct and Disciplinary Procedures.  You will always receive the highest standards of professional care and hygiene during your acupuncture treatments<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
