Our health and well-being are precious commodities that we often ignore, and we can often push ourselves to the limit trying to balance a stressful workload and long working hours with a happy family and social life.  This can put a lot of pressure on your body and mind, and throw you out of balance.  Acupuncture is a gentle and ancient holistic therapy that treats your body and mind as an integrated whole, with the aim of returning you to a state of balance.

People come to acupuncture for a whole host of reasons.  Many come looking for relief from various aches and pains.  Other people seek out treatment to help improve their general sense of wellbeing; to relax and de-stress or simply to use it as a preventative measure to maintain good health.

To ensure I am able to consistently offer you the best possible treatment, I continually develop and enhance my knowledge and skills through post-graduate courses.  I have undergone various post-graduate training in the treatment of endometriosis, PCOS, infertility, menopause and pregnancy.  All these areas of life not only pose an enormous transition on a physical level, but the impact on the emotional balance and overall spirit tends to be frequently underestimated.

I also have a special interest in the use of acupuncture alongside traditional cancer treatment.  I am a registered NHS volunteer complementary therapist for the My Cancer My Choices charity at the NHS Healthspace in Bracknell.

If you would like to discuss any aspect of treatment, please do not hesitate to contact me.
